Automatic Flow and Pressure Regulation • Expert Diagnosis System
The RA912F SF6 Gas Comprehensive Analyzer is a high-precision and intelligent testing instrument newly developed by our company. It is mainly applied to the detection of various indicators of SF6 gas in industries such as power, railway, petrochemical, and electrical equipment manufacturing. It can detect gas purity, humidity, and the content of decomposition products on-site.
1. ID automatic identification and input function to solve the problem of connecting on-site measurement data with measurement equipment.
2. Customizable data upload function according to customer needs, providing a basis for big data analysis.
3. The RA912F SF6 Gas Comprehensive Analyzer has an automatic flow regulation function, and the system can automatically adjust the flow according to the preset flow.
4. Automatic inlet pressure detection function, and alarm prompts when the pressure is normal or abnormal.
5. Automatically diagnose the measurement results according to national standard criteria and prompt corresponding adjustment measures.
6. The RA912F SF6 Gas Comprehensive Analyzer can achieve automatic/manual measurement modes. In the automatic measurement mode, after the measurement is completed, it can actively alarm to prompt the staff and actively end the measurement.
7. One - click data export function, which can select the standard template format data export of the State Grid or the Southern Power Grid. Automatically realize the accurate measurement and prediction function of SO₂, as well as the humidity protection and measurement function.
