Product Introduction

The SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring system remotely transmits the real-time measurement information of on-site SF6 (sulfur hexafluoride), oxygen (O₂), temperature and humidity to the DCS through the RS-485 bus. When the measured data exceeds the set alarm value, the monitoring system controls the activation of audible and visual alarms or exhaust equipment. With the human body infrared monitoring function, when a human body is sensed, the fan is automatically turned on. After exhausting for a certain period of time (the exhaust time can be set in the fan parameters as required), the staff can enter the work area to ensure safe production on-site.

The SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring system is widely applicable to the power industry, metallurgical industry, petrochemical industry, etc., in occasions where SF6 gas is used in GIS electrical switches, transformers, electrical busbars, etc.

Product Features

1. The SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring system uses an imported SF₆ gas infrared sensor with an ultra-long service life.

2. Detection and display of environmental temperature, humidity and oxygen content.

3. Optional functional components such as human body infrared detectors, voice prompts, audible and visual alarms, and linked fans.

4. The SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring system supports RS-485 bus data input, and can achieve detection, display, recording and alarm of up to 64 monitoring points.

5. Supports the remote transmission output of measurement data through RS-485.
