The RF-151M type mixed insulating gas recovery and separation device is a piece of equipment used for the rapid recovery and separation of SF6/N2 and other mixed insulating gases. The device adopts a modular design, which is easy to integrate, and multiple modules can be combined to meet different on-site operation requirements. It is applicable to on-site recovery and separation operations of medium and low voltage switches (10 - 40.5) kV gas - insulated switchgear, high - voltage (72.5 - 220) kV porcelain post circuit breakers, 500 kV porcelain post circuit breakers, and 110 kV gas - insulated switchgear (GIS).
1. Gas pre - treatment function: It can filter and adsorb micro - water, toxic and harmful decomposition products, and impurities in the mixed gas.
2. Recover and rapidly separate SF6/N2 mixed gas. The volume content of SF₆ after separation and purification can reach over 99%, and the SF6 content in N2 is less than 100 ppm.
3. Compress and store the separated SF6 gas in an external container.
4. It has the function of pure SF6 gas recovery, enabling one device to be used in multiple scenarios.
